Access to multiple files in the portal

It can happen that as a client you are invited to the client portal for more than one file. For example, as a parent of children, as a partner, or because you are active at multiple practices.

In that case, you always use 1 login linked to your email address. After logging in, you choose the desired file by clicking 'Go to this file'.

Switching files

If you accidentally chose the wrong file or want to switch to a different file, you can always do so by clicking on the practice logo (or the Praktijk.Online logo) in the top right corner.

You can then switch to another recent file, or go back to the overview with all available files.

Depending on the settings used by the practice, features and sections may differ between the various practices.
