Add iDEAL | Wero payment link to emails

NOTE: Adding an iDEAL | Wero payment link to emails is only possible when iDEAL | Wero is activated. Read the article 'How can I receive iDEAL payments' to learn more.


If you want to offer clients the option to pay via iDEAL | Wero, you can add a payment link to the email message.


  • Go to Settings and navigate to Communication and Email settings.
  • Click on the Templates tab.
  • Click the pencil icon next to the 'Send Invoice' template to edit it.
  • Use the following snippets in the template for viewing and paying an invoice:
  • %FINANCIAL.LINK% = Payment link via iDEAL | Wero

%FINANCIAL.LINKURL% = URL of the payment link

%FINANCIAL.VIEWINVOICE% = View the invoice


  • Click Save to store this template.
