Are there additional costs associated with the client portal?
For using the client portal, you pay as a practice €6 per month, regardless of the number of active clients or functions used. These costs are never charged to the clients themselves.
The client portal offers, among other things, the following options:
- Management of personal data and privacy preferences.
- View appointments and care pathways.
- View and pay invoices via iDEAL.
- Send and receive secure messages and forms.
- Digital signing.
The portal can be set up on request without obligation, even during a demo period. Use of the portal is only possible in combination with the Zorglink practice software.
