Setting up a subdomain for the client portal
When you want to use a custom domain name for the client portal, you can ask your provider to create a CNAME record in the DNS. For example, if you want to use the subdomain portal.mypractice.xyz, you can ask them to set a CNAME for this subdomain pointing to mijn.praktijkonline.eu.
Once this is done, we can usually complete the linking and activation on our end after 24 hours. We will also request an SSL certificate for the secure connection. This can also take approximately 24 hours.
